Note: We act as intermediaries and facilitators. Final loan approval depends on the lending institution's criteria and policies.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Service Fees

• Consultation fees are charged as per our published rates
• Processing fees are applicable only after successful loan approval
• No upfront charges for loan applications
• Digital marketing services are charged as per package selection

Payment Terms

• Fees are payable as per agreed terms
• Late payment charges may apply for overdue amounts
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Udyami Bazaar and its licensors.

The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

In no event shall Udyami Bazaar, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
